Stock: Are all items in stock?
Although we do our utmost to keep the stock on the website up to date, this is unfortunately not always possible. It is possible that a product has been sold in our store or that the product was part of a package of other products. Unfortunately, our website does not always know this automatically, which means that a product appears to be in stock while this is not the case.
In those cases we will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable solution.
I have ordered and would like to add an item to my order
This is of course possible, provided that the change is communicated before your order has the status 'sent'. You simply place a new order through our website and choose 'send' as the shipping method. No shipping costs will be charged. State with your order that it must be combined with another order.
Order on account
Ordering on account is possible for companies and schools. Please contact us for this.
Customers from the Netherlands pay via iDeal, bank transfer or on the basis of payment on collection.
Our iDeal payments are handled by Mollie.nl
For customers from Belgium it is possible to pay via Bancontact or bank transfer.
Customers from all other countries of the world can pay by bank transfer.
There is also the possibility to pay via Paypal. The (extra) transaction costs for this amount to 2% of the purchase amount incl. Shipping costs. Do you want to use this? Let us know by e-mail.
Within the Netherlands, your order above 150.00 is free of shipping costs.
In addition, we always work with a fixed amount of shipping costs. The shipping costs are regardless of the size of your order, the dimensions or the order amount. The amount of shipping costs varies per country.
In short; if you order one resistor that fits through the letterbox, you pay the same amount in shipping costs as if you order a housing that does not fit through the letterbox.
In some cases this is disadvantageous, in very many cases this is to your advantage.
PostNL uses the services of PostNL.
Delivery by PostNL
Your order will be offered twice by the mail deliverer (or will be delivered to the neighbors). Then your order goes to the nearest post office to pick up.
Your order will remain for two weeks to collect, after which it will be returned to us. The above is an indication of PostNL, on the basis of which we cannot provide any guarantees with regard to delivery.
Isn't the product exactly what you expected? We think it is important that you are satisfied with the products that you receive from us. If, for whatever reason, you are still not satisfied with the products, follow the following steps:
1. Report your return shipment, this can be done by sending an email in advance to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the following:
- The items that are returned
- The reason for return
- The order number of the original order
2. The purchase amount will be refunded a few days after receipt of the item.
The right of withdrawal applies by law to orders placed by private individuals. An ordered item may be revoked within the trial period of 14 days. This period starts at the moment the order is delivered.
The costs for returning are for your own account. The initial shipping costs will be reimbursed by us if the entire order is returned.
Van Dijken Elektronica reserves the right to credit only a portion of the amount paid if it is suspected that the item has already been used, if the item has been damaged as a result of use or the packaging has been inadvertently opened or damaged.
Excluded from returns are:
- Products that are tailor-made for you (eg cable measured to size and cut)
- Products specially ordered for you
Picking up your order is no problem at all. This is possible on every Friday afternoon. Other pick-up times are possible by appointment. Please contact us by e-mail.
